FIN Online Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application App Name (“FIN – App กองทุนรวม Mutual Fund” or “FIN App” shortly) for mobile devices that was created by Suttiwat Youngklai. This application is designed for mutual fund investors in Thailand country to track the mutual fund investment performance and consolidate fund portfolio across asset management companies.
FIN App respects individual privacy rights and places great importance on the protection of its customers’ personal data. Therefore, FIN App has established this Privacy Policy to inform you of how it collects, uses, or discloses your personal data, for what purposes, and how it manages such data, as well as your legal rights relating to your personal information, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
This Privacy Policy covers the FIN App’s services provided through its website, applications, social media, and other channels to customers and individuals interacting with FIN App. By using FIN App’s services through any of these channels or by providing your information to the company, you acknowledge and accept the FIN App’s practices as described in this Privacy Policy.
FIN App is committed to continuously developing and improving its services to ensure they are modern, efficient, and compliant with good governance and applicable laws. As such, this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are encouraged to review it periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the FIN App’s privacy policy.
User Provided Information; the data FIN App collected and purposes
FIN App requires you to give us some personal information such email address, name or username in order to use the Application as registered user and support you in case of application usage problems. The registered user has capability to use FIN on any supported devices at the same time with the same portfolio/watch-list information across all devices. If you’re not prefer to use FIN App as a registered user, you still can use FIN App as usual you have used before but with limited new functions. In case you decide to use FIN’s portfolio feature, the recorded transaction history that you record in the application will be collected in order to performing the application functional correctly. These kind of information stay privately and securely in FIN backend system. We generally collect these information directly from you through our application processes and other interactions with you during providing our services, including when you visit our website, our social channel and/or send us email.
We will only use the personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect sensitive information about you without your consent unless an exemption in the regulations applies. These exceptions include if the collection is required or authorized by law or necessary to take appropriate action in relation to suspected unlawful activity or serious misconduct.
Automatically Collected Information
FIN App uses analytic tracking technologies—such as Google Firebase Analytics — to collect information including browser type, time spent using online services, pages visited, referring URLs, language settings, and other computer traffic data. These tools serve various purposes: enhancing security, facilitating application usability, improving content display efficiency, gathering statistical data, and tailoring your app experience to better meet your needs while using the FIN App’s online services.
In addition, FIN App also uses Google AdMob technologies to enable advertisement tracking technologies to deliver advertisements or offers most likely to interest you while you’re using online services. The company also uses cookies or similarly technologies to track responses to online ads. All online ads tracking for personalized advertisement purpose, you can fully control to allow or not allow this type of tracking, with Apple App Tracking Transparency framework. In addition, FIN App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices per-application generated unique device ID (Apple Identifier for Software Vendor, UUID String) and information about the way you use the Application in anonymously form.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external industry-leading analytics services such as Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve the Application and our service and in term of statistical ways. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. You have the right to withdraw consent on these third parties external analytics services by going to FIN App open the tab “More” and touch at “User Agreement & Policy” un-check on “Accept FIN Usage Analytics”.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
if FIN App creator is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
FIN App will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. FIN App will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
In case you need to terminate FIN User Account, you can delete account easily within the app by going to FIN App open the tab “More” and touch at menu “Delete Account” and make confirmation. All your personal data within the application will be deleted.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. FIN App provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Your Consent
By using FIN App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
Application of Privacy Policy
You hereby acknowledge and agree that this Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information FIN App has collected and to be collected by us in the future within the scope provided for in this Privacy Policy and you agree that we have the right to store, maintain and use it for processing and deliver the result of processing via FIN application’s features.

You can update your email address (if you registered FIN Account) by open FIN App , go to “More” tab and then select “Manage Account”, it will have “Change Email” menu to update your email address.

In case you need to withdraw consent on these third parties external analytics services by going to FIN App open the tab “More” and touch at “User Agreement & Policy” un-check on “Accept FIN Usage Analytics”.
If you need to change the decision to allow or not allow Google AdMob App Tracking technologies for personalized advertisement purposes, you can fully control by going to iOS Setting > Privacy & Security > Tracking and scroll to FIN App in the list. To allow, make the switch turn on with green color. To not allow, make the switch turn off with gray color.
In an event you wish us to delete your Personal Information from our system, you can contact us via email at support@finapp.online to give you detailed instruction.
In an event you do not consent to us using your Personal Information or request us to delete your Personal Information from our system, you may be prevented from using our application or the services received by you from us may not be efficient as they should be.
We will use our best endeavor as far as the capability of the relevant work system permits to facilitate and comply with your request unless it appears that compliance with such request has the potential to violate the Privacy Policy of other users, the law, or the system security policy, or where compliance with the registrant’s request becomes impossible.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The latest update of Privacy Policy will be posted here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Applicable Law
You hereby acknowledge and agree that this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Thai law and the Thai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
